One of the things I love most about Edinburgh is the copious amounts of independent coffee shops. There are so many lovely places to grab a coffee to go or even better, to sit in somewhere cosy and wile away the morning people watching and getting stuck into a good old book.
Since moving to Edinburgh just over six months ago, I’ve discovered a number of lovely brunch spots- some through recommendations and some by simply walking through the city and spotting places as I go. Finding a good brunch place in Edinburgh is by no means a struggle- there is so much choice and variation no matter what your dietary requirements may be.
Recently, I’ve made a rather big life decision and moved to a different country (albeit still in the UK). Scary eh? Before the big move, I had a bit of time to spend with my family, as the next time I see them will be Christmas (really not that long at all now and I haven’t even started to think about Christmas shopping, despite shops being stocked to the top with gifts and christmassy-themed pieces).
